I forgot to adequately prepare my healthy meals and did not make enough fish for my dinners. Yesterday I just made some before work but this morning…wellllll it just was not happening! So my plan was to just eat my two pieces of chicken for lunch and dinner.
Fast forward to lunch break. The plan was to go the gym and come back and eat my last piece of chicken. I sadly convinced myself that I will go in the morning. Didn’t want to deal with the crowds. Didn’t want to deal with my chicken….
I got a naked pulled pork burritto with brown rice, black beans, queso, grilled veggies, faijita veggies, lettice, pico, corn, and fiery sauce.
Highly tasty. And not that terrible for you. See photos. The only downside is the sodium 😦
But … in terms of fast food I will take 740 calories and 42 grams of protein.
